About La’lah
What does La-lah mean?
La-lah means to loosen up, unwind, and release tension in Amharic, a language spoken in Ethiopia.
Where can I buy La-lah products?
You can find a full list of stores here. We’re continually expanding our retail partnerships so come back soon to see new stores.
Are la-lah products considered “clean” products?
All our products are paraben-free and phthalate free! We keep our formulas as clean as possible. You can also learn more about our standards here.
Do La-lah products make good gifts?
Definitely! We also offer e-gift cards that never expire.
Shipping, Returns & Logistics
How are your products packaged?
We use plastic-free shipping. All packages are gift-ready.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We typically process and ship orders within 3 business days of when you placed your order. Once your order has shipped you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your order. Shipping vis USPS takes ~3-5 days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not yet. We currently only ship within the US. But we’re working on shipping internationally in the future.
How do I change or update my order?
Please email us as soon as possible and we’ll try and update your order details. Note - if your order has shipped we won't be able to make any changes.
What if I need to return my order or it arrives damaged?
We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of the order being “delivered.” If your order is damaged in any way, please take a photo and send that along with your email.
Custom Order & Private Events
Do you offer customization of scents or labels?
Yes - if you’re looking for gifts for your corporate team, wedding favors, or products for your brand, email us, and we’ll share our full list of offerings.
Do you offer private candle-making events?
Yes! We’ve worked with both companies for networking events and individuals for birthday parties. Candle-making is a guaranteed way to increase engagement and add a memorable creative element to your event. We do ask for a minimum of 10 participants.
